Yesterday I was privileged to attend the Toronto launch of the Canadian results of Edelman’s 2011 Trust Barometer survey with my employer, Richard Edelman. Trust in 2011. Canadian headquartered companies maintain high levels of trust, at 75 per cent. When the company is trusted, that falls to 22%.
