My uncle knows a young girl from his community, a recent college graduate, who is looking for a social media job. Social media is about helping one another and building real strong friendships, usually around a certain interest or activity. When she found out I was his niece, she became ecstatic. Meanwhile, I did my uncle proud.

In a long-ago interview with Wired , Professor & Author Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi defined a person being in the “Flow” as Being completely involved in an activity for its own sake. If you want to get better at using social media, try to channel how you behave at your “social peak” into your social media activities. Time flies.
