Reply Dror Zaifman October 23, 2009 at 4:44 am Frankly Tamar I believe this is the same type of policy that is rooted within Apple’s culture. Look at their policy about servicing you from the get go. I would prefer a much more DELL approach which kinda combines various attitudes: broadcasting, marketing, 2-way-communication etc.
