What you want to do is take your keywords, do some searches, and then get the RSS feed of that search sent to your Google Reader or feed reader of your choice. If you’re not using an RSS reader use Google’s, it will make your life easier. Same with Twitter keyword searches. If you do, please put them in the comments.
