In a long-ago interview with Wired , Professor & Author Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi defined a person being in the “Flow” as Being completely involved in an activity for its own sake. If you want to get better at using social media, try to channel how you behave at your “social peak” into your social media activities.

You can use the many applications that Facebook offers, so that others can answer questions on a survey, have discussions on the forums, and/or have notes to bring awareness to a topic. Why is it that these web applications allow users to rate an article before they’re even forwarded to it? While the problem doesn’t solely lie on the shoulders of the developers who have been implementing the tools in these web applications, the responsibility for accurately monitoring true interest in submissions does.

Let it be posted on every social platform of choice and then watch as it seeds through other communities (which is likely to happen and shows that your marketing is viral). Of course, you can also just use a Facebook application for that. As a result, engagement goes up as the page appears very active. I held back.
