Bloggers who are compensated can use the “nofollow&# tag within their outbound links to keep those links from being tagged by Google as paid content. The nofollow may well make that harder, but then again, if you are under contract I think it’s the buyer’s responsibility to track the postings of the paid blogger.

NoFollow Certain Pages I did say there may be some tactics that people frown upon in this post, and this is the first. The Nofollow attribute was first introduced by search engines to help stop spam on the web from ranking in search results. Feed Pauser allows me to publish a post but pause its feed publication up to 20 minutes. If you are like me and usually make typos, or don’t like how the final content is displayed, pausing feed publication is useful. RSS Footer does what the name implies. Align RSS Images – I like to use images in my blog posts and I know I’m not alone. It’s common though that when someone puts images in their post and they align nicely, things won’t look as pretty when you get the post in a feed reader. Grab an API key from Wordpress.com and you’re golden.
