This is not a regular practice on the social news giant, and unfortunately, that is probably the biggest thing causing its downfall.

I also don’t know if a new version of Seesmic for Windows has been released (so far, only one version has been released to my knowledge — it doesn’t seem that the app automatically checks for updates?)
