First, I’m going to say kudos to Apple for trying involve themselves in the world of social media. Let’s envision this scenario: a user has a support issue about an Apple product. Apple has no such protocol in place, and at this point, there is no engagement. I’m going to stop there, though. No acknowledgment.

That story hit the front page of Reddit and on Digg , and 67 people voted on my comment : Props to Reddit for visibly interacting with the community it serves.
