I should mention that Google announced a few months ago they do not crawl the keywords tag anymore. The Google external keyword tool is a good place to start to see which phrases are popular in your audience.

And judging by the SEOMOz toolbar’s ‘NoFollow’ indicator, the Facebook comments are followed links back to Facebook everytime. That’d work for a couple of weeks.

I may be wrong, but if you check your analytics stats right now, one of the most naturally clicked pages on your site is your about page. This is similar to how many of us don’t notice ads on websites, especially the ones in Google search results; we initially see but then ignore them so often that they may as well not be there.
