As a user I like the new hosted and mobile-specific article formats, be that Facebook Instant Articles , Apple News Format or Google’s AMP project. The final thing you should look for is whether or not their links are Dofollow or Nofollow. That being said, even a Nofollow link can earn you a massive amount of referral traffic if the site is popular. Are Shopify Facebook’s New Partner or Google’s? I’m not sure if this applies to every Facebook user but I’m constantly being hit with ads about how you can now run your own Shopify store and sell right from Facebook. I’m building an online empire here; not trying to make friends with any Googlers.

I talked about this in Episode 33 where I actually talked through how to create an avatar for your blog and we actually did an article on ProBlogger recently that gave you a template for creating an avatar for new blogs. Do you want to have nofollow tags on your links, or only when they’re paid, sponsorship type things?

Facebook lets you keep in touch with friends and family. Leave Blog Comments Most blog comments are nofollowed (this means search engines aren’t supposed to give weight to the link, though I believe Yahoo and Bing still do) so they don’t provide much link juice directly. LOL Oh, and thanks for the help on Facebook!
