Quora links can provide referral traffic to your domain, but because they’re nofollow links, they’re useless for SEO. But since the link is nofollow that doesn’t help with my SEO. Links can do this regardless of whether or not they contain the “nofollow” attribute, contain redirects, come from a site with a high PageRank , and so on.
