Disqus Comment System : I’ve used Disqus pretty much from the jump. I’m perfectly happy with Disqus. But my use of video these days is largely for my private community, so I want more control of branding and private embedding. Community Management, Customer Service and Internal Communication.

Don’t shy away from giving your community the information needed to find you elsewhere both online and offline. Let it be posted on every social platform of choice and then watch as it seeds through other communities (which is likely to happen and shows that your marketing is viral). Give them a reason to want to communicate.

There are some elements of Disqus I don’t like, especially that it doesn’t always play nice with other plug-ins, but it does make commenting easier and faster for most of you who already have a Disqus account.

I tweet more frequently too, using HootSuite (my favorite Twitter application by far) to schedule tweets down the road. With Twitter being so incredibly large and vast, there are different types of mini-communities. I started following people who wrote or commented on the SEO blogs to develop my own Twitter community.

When I hear my community say that a tool is expensive, I sit up and listen. I mainly use it across Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter to manage my communities.
