A hacked account can mean a ton of brand damage as well as a crisis to manage that is of your own making—the worst kind of crisis there is. I’ve also seen agencies set up ad campaigns that basically compete for the same audience —driving up the auction and spending more of their client’s money because they are bidding against themselves.
