The Sox’ social media team asked the focus group of their Twitter community what we liked, what we didn’t and what they could do better. We discussed the event that we had just attended.

These groups are very beneficial, but can also be easily derail your productivity if you join the cult. Depending on your settings, you can receive instant updates to bring the conversation from Twitter to your blog.

Making groups to take down and belittle folks who do social media wrong is bullying by another name. Seriously we should all be more focused on our day-to-day jobs than a train wreck of a small business in social media. <I Passive aggressive is a waste of time. Doing it on Facebook and Twitter doesn’t make it right.
