Maybe Radian6 , SM2 , Trackur or one of these social media listening tools I mention when I give talks on social media. Find a way to engage them. Pay special attention to negative sentiment. If your reporting tool shows relative sentiment seek out the negatives and see if there is something you need to deal with.

To be fair, I’ve only included those I’ve actually used (Radian6, Sysomos, Spiral 16) or tested (Meltwater, SM2). • Languages: Will you need to analyze foreign languages and do you have anyone in house to translate or will you need the tool to handle that?
