People are flocking to sites like Twitter and Facebook and other communities because they are online communities where they can learn from and hang out with their peers. Twitter is a community and you’re a member of the congregation. The success of a social media marketing campaign strongly revolves around engagement.

The initial sentiment was highly negative , and most concluded that the algorithm will penalize users who care much about the community and use it regularly. Both Kevin and Jay say that we should give the community the benefit of the doubt. Then the community “won.&# I think they know how valuable the community is.
