Having a listing on Technorati will allow you to not only get reviews for your site, but if you have enough authority, you will get listed as a top blog in your niche based on your blog’s authority (or backlinks counted by Technorati).

As late as November, 2008, Guy Kawasaki ran a poll and over half still said they would be willing to pay – despite the usual snark attack common by internet communities.
