Alterian SM2 – formerly Techrigy SM2, this social media monitoring and analysis tool was designed with marketing departments, and public relations companies in mind. Unfortunately many of them also carry a rather hefty price tag, and some do have a rather steep learning curve.

link] Katie Van Domelen I actually haven't used SM2 since it switched from Techrigy to Alterian so I had to call them and ask a few questions to refresh my memory. Moreover, vertical solutions offer pricing that should make monitoring engines affordable to any small business. Is that not true?
