Here is a typical widget from Wordpress 3rd party developers which allows bloggers to ask for donations on their blog, and uses PayPal as the backend for donations across the online community. Drupal , Joomla , and LAMP - Linux, Apache, MySQL and Perl/PHP/Python are also mentioned as examples of donation social economies.

Forget about Blogger, Drupal, etc. Set up the user experience via themes, plugins, layout, sidebar widgets, colors, fonts, and menus. If you don’t care about memorability and customizations, go with the free one. Create a description. Determine the blog’s focus. Create a logo. Also create an optional header image.

Simply highlight the text you want as the link, enter the search term relevant to the post in the side widget, select the category and hit search. You can set up product carousels, favourites, product clouds, MP3 clips and there’s also a search widget. The widgets can go in sidebars and footers and work with any ad size.

It’s based on social networking software Drupal, and is free to download: Social Intranet Open Atrium. Group Dashboard : Mini widgets give you a snapshot of all the activity happening across your groups. I’ve schlepped around with Drupal for about 4 or 5 years, but am not a guru- are you?

I think there’s been a Drupal version as well. Sometimes you’ll have the H5s all down one side on all your widgets, which really doesn’t help Google understand what the page is about because you’re using the heading tags inappropriately. What they’ll do though is help you get you site in order, basically.

Like you could actually publish, as opposed to WordPress or whatever you’re using, Joomla or Drupal, you could actually make Uberflip your whole CMS in theory. What we see a lot of people use is they’ll use WordPress or Joomla or Drupal for the static pages on their website. Hana: Yeah, in theory, you totally could.
