And correct me if I’m wrong, but the first thing you probably hoped to get out of it was some links (even though most of them “nofollow”, hoping that it will still somehow boost your ranking), and also maybe get some traffic while making the blogger notice you. Familiarize people with your brand and yourself.

Tweet Spinner also has a “nofollow&# user list that will algorithmically never follow users who meet certain criteria. Moreover, you can also nofollow people based on their tweets. You can save your profile (bio, URL avatar, background color scheme, and background graphic) to the server and upload a custom one at will.

Other bloggers include a lot more, they will include things like how to use graphics and how the blog should look in terms of colors and the brand. That becomes part of your brand. On Digital Photography School, we call that blog dPS, the D is generally lowercase and the P and the S are capitals and that becomes part of the brand.

Choose a Profile Picture No matter what your reasons for using the service are, I believe everyone should at least take a minute to update their profile with a picture (also known as an avatar).
