I think Microsoft would be more receptive to user feedback. I’ve seen this on Microsoft’s PR depts. Digg Diigo Disqus Dopplr Facebook Fetch Flickr FriendFeed gdgt Google Reader Identi.ca But I don’t consider it smart to try to convert new buyers. What about keeping their current customers happy?
