You can see how many people are subscribing to your RSS feed and from which sources, and if you use the new Google Analytics integration, you can see how many clicks each individual post is getting from feed readers. Around two years ago I had over 350 feeds in there as I was a total information junkie.

It’s common though that when someone puts images in their post and they align nicely, things won’t look as pretty when you get the post in a feed reader. This plugin aligns images in your RSS feed so they are exactly where they would be on your site. By default, the Wordpress title tag is backwards.

And I don’t even do this manually; the process is automated thanks to RSS feeds. At the top of all ViperChill posts ( click through if you’re reading this in a feed reader or your inbox) you will see a large button which shows how many tweets this post has and encourages other people to tweet it as well. That’s it.

Leave Blog Comments Most blog comments are nofollowed (this means search engines aren’t supposed to give weight to the link, though I believe Yahoo and Bing still do) so they don’t provide much link juice directly. Can you create a free eBook that answers a need? Just don’t forget to link to your own site as well.
