TweetDeck is my favorite desktop/laptop tool for ease of layout, but Hootsuite is also great because it offers more advanced analytics and team-sharing tools for you. Mobile is a different story. Use Conference Hashtags When Attending or Presenting At Conferences. I use both, but for very different reasons.

It allows you to update your Facebook status from Twitter, but you can choose which tweets you want to syndicate by ending the tweet with the hashtag #fb.
