He has 5+ years’ experience working in retail management and is currently taking his people-first approach to the transportation-industry working as a customer consultant. 'Guest Post by Trevor Grey. One thing that I found common with all of my clients was that although their prerequisites were different, they were all looking to launch a VoC program but felt uncertain about the key metrics they should be using. Before they shared their goals with me, I had one piece of advice for all of them, which was not to feel tempted to mimic another company’s Voice of Customer program or metrics.

The longer version is providing: Content creation - Content is a foundation of success in digital, whether you’re a publisher, retailer, manufacturer or service provider. When I started blogging years ago, I had no idea that one day it would become the main public face of my business and career. If you’ve ever tried to name a website, business, book or band, you’ll identify with the problem of coming up with a name for something – until it’s established and familiar, most names just sound odd. And that’s the personal hidden joke within the name.

The last year has forever changed the way I consume and enjoy music. The addition of Spotify to my life (and soon the rest of you in the US) made iTunes a vestigal program good only for synching iPad apps. It's simple, small, and sounds great.
