With some 10,000 followers of mine on Twitter and Google+ (and members of that above LinkedIn group), I want to be more social this year. Run a Google search for the exact phrase, “how to write a blog,” and peruse through 416,000 results. Either Google deleted spammy results from their algorithm or thousands of items over five years were deleted. I’m more inclined to believe Google changed. I didn’t care about social networking but I did need my Google calendar with me. It was fine for talking but texting only worked when the messages were strictly text. I couldn’t receive pictures. The camera also sucked, comparatively. I exchanged the T-Mobile 768 for the Prism 2. Huawei manufactures it.

If a business Facebook Page is not listed in the first three pages of a Google search, but the website is listed at the top, that website either needs all the information that’s on Facebook — or have a link to Facebook. I’m also a Google user, active with GMail and YouTube and Docs and other Google applications, which run seamlessly on the tablet. Some people suggested I get an iPad but that was an illogical decision for me unless I also had an iPhone. Because my phone runs Android, it made sense to go with an Android tablet.

In the front window next to the door there are four social decals — Google Favorite Places, CitySearch, Foursquare, and LevelUp.
