That’s the nature of competing against Google and it’s algorithm changes. don’t dismiss directories completely. It’ similar to watching the standings in Major League Baseball. Some days you may gain on the competition, other days you lose ground, and still others, nothing changes. It’s cat and mouse.

You can give a free gift up front, or you can contact webmasters at as many sites as possible or directories and have your information on there.

There are those that will mourn the loss of gobs of money by these competing carriers. Other boons include conference calling, directory information at no charge and the ability to turn an iTouch or iPad into a telephone. The fees they could have extracted from their long suffering customers instead continue on in their pockets.
