On Wednesday the 21st of October, I published the results of our latest study on Google’s Rich Answers. In that study, I showed how Google’s use of these types of results in the SERPs has increased over the past year. Google calls these types of results “Featured Snippets.” Great question!

On all 404 pages of their users websites Shopify add two nice links, one for ‘Point of Sale’ which gets 38,000+ searches per month and one for ‘Ecommerce Software’ They constantly change the anchor text to try and rank for different terms as you’ll see in a second. This is still quite strange to me.
