If you take a look at any one of their four accounts , you’ll notice one thing: they’re not using Twitter to converse but to broadcast. But I don’t consider it smart to try to convert new buyers. I think Microsoft would be more receptive to user feedback. I’ve seen this on Microsoft’s PR depts.
