Dropbox is a free cloud storage service that lets upload your photos, documents, and videos online in your Dropbox account so you don’t have to bother with sending and downloading attachments from emails. Being able to access my documents anywhere through the online, desktop and mobile syncing is incredibly convenient for me.

Sidebar – URL shortening is all the rave, and bit.ly Sidebar bookmarklet. It makes sharing extremely easy, and will automatically track all your URL shortening so you can see how much activity results from what you share. You can also access your bookmarks on their site if you are ever on a public computer.

You can simply set up profiles on each of them and usually include a URL (+1 for link-building!), of the URLs mentioned above. Make sure to include your logo, URL, description etc. Install the Bookmarklet. Go through each of your blog posts and click on the bookmarklet to share your content. Go to one (or all!)

I can also add new users, and then share documents with them via Google Docs, or create a custom start-page that everyone can see. For example, if I want to leave a lot of blog comments, it’s going to be a hassle to constantly type in my name, email, and URL. iDisk This wont apply to most people, so I’ll keep things short.
