There are several other options, such as Flickr, Tumblr, WordPress, Blogger, etc… even Ping.fm. Plus if you dont cross post the same URLs, its a good way to see which platform drives more traffic, builds connections, Amplify or Twitter. I don’t auto-post to all of those, but it’s nice to have the option.

TweetDeck may have its advantages with a clean interface and URL shortener, but when it comes down to it, HootSuite delivers more value in these areas: Speed: TweetDeck’s Adobe Air is a massive resource hog. The Blogger’s Guide to Meaningful Engagement on Facebook, Google+, and Twitter. HootSuite is much faster.
