For a little while, my personal blog did well in its stead based on my social network communities and good will. In the old RSS days, there was no Twitter or Facebook. At the same time, he Tweeted back in December that over a 2 month time frame, Blogger had experienced a 100% uptime.

However, the practical answer is that it’s always better to work with bloggers and other content sources rather than just taking their content without any outreach.
