Instead of signing into each one individually online, I use Twhirl by Seesmic as a desktop application that can bring up all of the profiles in their own little windows. Most of the features available on the Twitter website are accessible through twhirl, too.

The only problem is that one of the major plugins that I would assume a lot of people use, Feedburner Feedsmith , isn’t compatible with WordPress 2.9. So still scatterbrained.
