Have you meant to make mindfulness and/or meditation part of your self-care routine, but just not managed to keep it up? A regular practice can help create a habit that lasts and does wonders for your health and wellbeing. I offer a free 30-minute mindfulness meditation each Friday from 9 to 9:30 AM PT. This is an opportunity to learn some new tools and take time for yourself at the end of the week.
