Add subscription will take any a keyword, feed name, feed URL or web page URL and attempt to parse it to find the feed you want. And finally, if you put in a site URL or feed URL, it will add the correct feed for you. Use A Bookmarklet. The 2nd bookmarklet can also be found on the Notes link within Google Reader.

I scan 275 RSS feeds in Google Reader and I use dozens of bookmarklets and shortcuts to help me manage it all. Everyday I come across something on the web that I want to save for future reference. Once you start getting more involved with the Twitter you will see that it is really a community of people that just want to give constant updates to people that are following them.
