I scan 275 RSS feeds in Google Reader and I use dozens of bookmarklets and shortcuts to help me manage it all. The Toolbar then automatically feeds it into a new message. Now, when I find something I want to save I use this feature and send it to a secret contact in my address book. Using Gmail as a Massive Database.

You can see how many people are subscribing to your RSS feed and from which sources, and if you use the new Google Analytics integration, you can see how many clicks each individual post is getting from feed readers. Around two years ago I had over 350 feeds in there as I was a total information junkie.
