Talk about an ad that’s chock full of truth and authenticity. So, I peeked at YouTube. 213 videos on YouTube , the most recent just five days ago. The Facebook page has a not-too-shabby 13,000+ fans, but most of the YouTube videos have just a few dozen views. The YouTube channel is barely mentioned on Facebook.

Sometimes you can post YouTube video links on the fan page wall and have the small video screen box appear, and sometimes, it appears as a black link. WTF is Page authentication?!

To do this you need to write compelling content, be an authentic representation of your niche and interact with your community as much as possible. Forums Message boards are really the first internet form of social media, after IRC. Make everything you do about the reader, and you can’t go far wrong.
