I outsource this process and while you certainly don’t have to produce that much content, I do find that it helps. Once you have this unique resource; you have to get it out there. I don’t think the market in question is big enough to risk a big overhaul like that, especially if I lose my rankings in the process.

No Follow Certain Links – Adding the nofollow attribute to certain links tells search engines not to pass Pagerank to them and not to give any ‘benefits’ to the receiving page or site. I also nofollow links to pages that don’t need my link juice such as About or Contact and even things like my RSS feed.
