You can see how many people are subscribing to your RSS feed and from which sources, and if you use the new Google Analytics integration, you can see how many clicks each individual post is getting from feed readers. Around two years ago I had over 350 feeds in there as I was a total information junkie.

I get around 800 emails a day (half of them are alerts, newsletters and feed reports for my clients). Turn off Twitter. Break it down. Scheduling is your friend.

Feeling bad about making money is silly because people will only buy something if they want to buy it.
