[Social Media] Protect Your Reputation And You Need To Fix It
Write a few blog posts, guest blog on another blog or two (or three or four), and create a few social media mentions. The best remedy for reputation management issues is not needing a remedy to begin with. If you perform excellence customer service, deliver a good product or service, and take care of your customers, then you will likely never need to fix your reputation from damage. However, sometimes things happen, so you should be prepared. If you do need to fix your reputation, then the best strategy is to be ready for it. Otherwise, your could end up with a worse reputation.

And to go along with this social media and smart phone craze, everyone has experienced the effects of the economic meltdown, continuing environmental concerns and a slew of other issues. Neither is the online  growth of traditional media. Many of the things we use – the smart phones, pads, Xbox, TVs and laptops to the apps, social media, the web and Xbox Live – not only overlap in functionality but also in purpose and use. The Social Media Revolution is one of the greatest paradigm shifts to occur within modern society. We’re not mind-readers.

[Social Media] Two Things That Should Rock Your World
As more and more brands still struggle with the browser-based Web (and this includes everything from website development to social media and e-commerce), the Web as we've known it evolves. I'm also willing to bet that once we get mobile ubiquity (when we're able to do on mobile what we're doing right now with the browser-based Web) that it's going to make our usage (and this includes buying online and social media) look like a joke in terms of usage and consumption. Now, start thinking about media that's more active (Facebook, Twitter , etc.), social media.

    [Social Media] Find Your Bravery
This is the primary lesson that social media mirrors back to the world. social media. Who we are is not the same as what we post. When people ask me to explain the popularity of Facebook , I often shoot back that Facebook feeds the highest level of our most basic human need: self-actualization. It allow us to present ourselves in the way in which we would like others to see us. We''re all so deeply engaged in that activity. With that, we also know that by trying to please others/everyone we wind up pleasing no one. Especially ourselves. and know why you''re doing it.
