Working with Emotional Triggers #nearlymindful

They can be a memory, a conversation, or simply a feeling that we respond to in a certain way. An example of a positive trigger might be the sound of someone laughing which causes you to smile. Triggers can spark joy, happiness, frustration, fear, sadness, anger, and a host of other responses. Some good, some not so good.
