Sometimes you have to narrow your topic to find such niches, other times you have to be ‘the first’ as a new topic emerges and other times there might be existing sites on the topic – but they are of a low enough standard that you can compete easily by producing something better or more useful.

guest posting is the new content marketing. affiliate marketing: how do you pick a product and make it worthwhile? Establishing an audience and then releasing a book as your monetisation tactic is challenging when such a small percentage of books are actually profitable. They have to compete for budget.

I remember how hard my 4th grade teacher used to push us, trying everything she could think of to get her students to write in our journals and communicate regularly through agenda books.
