The tour included the participants personal work areas, meeting rooms, reading areas, service areas such as mail rooms and lunch rooms, and areas where people gathered for informal breaks. One of the processes encountered in our study involved scheduling meetings for groups of people. Second cycle: Low-fidelity prototyping.
