million members, and I’ve asked her to contribute her thoughts as she’s gathered from Facebook’s message boards and discussions. Surely FB has a team dedicated to user testing given the sheer volume of their users. How can Facebook not be compared to Instant Messaging? Has anyone noticed this too?
