One of the local Twitterati here had Chris Brogan up to Maine for a social media conference, and I caught it on UStream. They run a radio test, and if no one bites, your product is throw in the crapper. He was personable and funny, a real likable guy. I'd buy a book from him. Take a look at Zappos.
