As a result they need to develop socio-cognitive and social skill sets. Is it any wonder why consultants are more apt to use social networking tools?

As I had been doing a lot of research on social networking, the department head and myself came up with a course named New Communication Technologies in Organizational Life. and community building. A new way of thinking.

A new job title will emerge: Social Network Manager, the coach of how to create courseware.
