Each element has its own chapter: F ocus, L anguage and Content, I ncentives & Motivations & Outreach, R ules Guidelines & Rituals, T ools. While the road map of FLIRT doesn’t go into specific tactics, its a good brainstorming exercise for any marketer. I particularly appreciated the process of the FLIRT model.
