Recently, Jennifer Slegg of the SEM Post wrote about Google continuing to send more warnings about non-mobile-friendly websites to webmasters. If you don’t have a mobile-friendly site and don’t see a need to have a mobile-friendly site, it doesn’t let you off the hook because Google doesn’t care what you think about it. Here are my reasons: Google is using it as a ranking factor whether you like it or not. Wireless services are expanding and increasing the ways mobile devices are used. What do you think?

The problem is that Skype (and other VOIP programs like Google Hangouts ) can be very finicky. This means no wireless networks and no wi-fi. google. google hangouts. wireless network. I use Skype to record most of my audio podcasts. This may not be a big deal to you, but most people who have any passion for audio and recording are gasping in disgust at this admission. didn’t stay with Verizon Wireless, my cellular provider for over a decade, either. Here’s a picture I snapped of the two phones side by side : Launching last fall to many positive early reviews , the phone runs on the open source Android operating system and is pre-installed with every mobile application in Google’s arsenal. This works great for me, as I already live and breathe with GMail, Google Voice, Google Maps, and YouTube.
