I get around 800 emails a day (half of them are alerts, newsletters and feed reports for my clients). I use a combination of tools to schedule my updates and they almost all have a browser bookmarklet so as I surf I can add items to the scheduling tools on the fly. Scheduling is your friend. Check the mirror. Get a plan.
