By March 2009, my plugin usage increased to 23 plugins , decreased in September 2009 to 22 plugins , and upped in February 2010 to 35 plugins. These bloggers have helped each other out a lot. If you don’t like the content that your potential partner is producing then that defies the point of this tactic completely. If I wanted to grow ViperChill, for example, it wouldn’t make much sense working with a completely new blogger and then linking to them frequently.
