Vistaprint’s Social Media Manager Speaks Out

Ari Herzog

This is a guest blog post by Jeff Esposito. Ari asked me to offer some insight into being the man behind the curtain of a corporate social media team. Before you get pictures of the Grand Wizard of Oz in your head, I will kill the illusion for you – Tweeting, Facebooking and reading blogs is not fun, its work that demands us to be on at all times. Ari Herzog

Hi Hi Facebook, Hi Hi Twitter

Ari Herzog

Phil Baumann says it best: Facebook, Twitter, and every other social media site out there are addictive. That’s why I decided to take a break from the big two, announcing my sabbatical last month without defining any duration. During my roadtrip last week through six states, I visited many new cities and watched the interactions and behaviors between many people.

How to Design for the Web vs Print

Ari Herzog

This is a guest blog post by Wes Towers. Designing for the web can be a totally different ball game to designing for print. I have worked with both areas of design for over 10 years and have never stopped learning how to better myself as a graphic designer. It’s my intention to share what I have learned via this article, so I can help aspiring graphic designers with the basics and explain to businesses owners a few things to consider when selecting a graphic designer.
